## Short Description

Mahjong Sudoku Classic is a calm puzzle game that keeps classic single-solution Sudoku logic, but replaces the usual 1-9 number grid with Chinese Mahjong-inspired tile suits.

## Longer Description

I built Mahjong Sudoku Classic because I am a Sudoku fan. Normal 1-9 Sudoku can become abstract and difficult, especially in harder single-solution puzzles. I started wondering whether Mahjong tile symbols could make the same logic feel more visual, more challenging, and more interesting.

The rules are still Sudoku: every row, column, and 3x3 area needs one of each value. The difference is the visual language. Instead of only reading digits, players solve with tile identities inspired by dots, bamboo, and character suits.

The goal is to connect two kinds of players: Mahjong fans who enjoy tile visuals, and Sudoku players who enjoy brainy logic puzzles.

Hi Product Hunt, I’m William.

I made Mahjong Sudoku Classic from my own Sudoku habit. I like single-solution Sudoku puzzles, but I noticed that normal 1-9 boards can feel very abstract when the puzzle gets difficult.

So I tried a small experiment: keep the classic Sudoku rules, but let the board use Chinese Mahjong-style tile suits.

I’m especially curious about feedback from puzzle players:

- Do Mahjong-style symbols make Sudoku more interesting?
- Do numbers remain easier to solve?
- Could this appeal to people who normally enjoy Mahjong?
